Born in Detroit in 1986, he made his move to Maui early in 2021 and is committed to the dream of being one of the top private chefs on this beautiful island. His culinary background is diverse, having been trained through country club restaurants and high-end intimate dining, all culminating in his previous career climax as the 3 year standing executive chef at the White Horse Inn in Metamora, Michigan. This restaurant has a deep rooted history as an old stage coach stop and being the oldest restaurant in the state of Michigan. To honor that heritage, it strives to create perfection in its entirety, matching its unique culinary creations with executive wine pairings and the ambiance and setting of the historical building. Chef Brentton headed every aspect of it, and will bring all of those experiences to your private Maui event or intimate dinner.
